Ladera Labor Day Carnival and Pet Parade

Many, many thanks to Inger Rarick and Lisa Holley for another wonderful Labor Day Carnival.   We had a big crowd here but, thanks to superb organization by Inger and Lisa, everything ran very smoothly.  Thanks also to all the volunteers who helped out - we couldn't do it without you. 

To keep up this ever-popular event, we will need volunteers next year to step up into the chair positions as Inger and Lisa are 'hanging up their hats' after several years.  In true fashion, every detail of planning is documented so we only need someone who can follow through.  There are lots of new families in Ladera and this is a great way to get to know everyone in the community.  Please contact us at 854-3242 is you are interested.
