After taking an early retirement from a successful career in the telecommunications industry, Perry decided to put his skills to work in the local community. His expertise is financial management, operations management, strategic planning, organizational streamlining, project management and many construction skills.
Wendy has worked in the field of Recreation and Property Management in the Bay Area for 25 years. She also owned a Conference Planning, Special Events and Tour company in San Francisco, arranging off-site meetings and events for large companies, as well as local tours. Her expertise lies in customer service, communications, programming and event co-ordination.
Both Perry and Wendy have lived in Ladera for over 20 years and have enjoyed the benefits of living in such a great community. Wendy recently moved out of the area but continues to enjoy working with, and for, the community.

The Board meets on the second Monday of each month at the LRD. Meetings begin at 7:30 pm. With the exception of meetings directly relating to Personnel issues, all meetings are open to the public. Anyone may submit an item for review by contacting the President , or one of the Managers, prior to the meeting so that the item may be placed on the Agenda.
